We are looking for an independent Senior UX/UI Designer to collaborate with us on a freelance basis, meaning for the duration of specific projects. We work exclusively with international companies, so we need someone who can communicate fluently in English and is capable of working without additional support.

Your tasks:

Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability tests to understand user needs and behaviors.

Analyze data to define user personas, scenarios, and journeys.

Create wireframes for web and mobile layouts.

Design interactive prototypes to illustrate user flows.

Design visually engaging, user-friendly interfaces.

Requirements:

Experience: 5+ years in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio.

Skills: Proficient in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch), wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.

User Research: Experience in user research, usability testing, and user interviews

Technical: Understanding of front-end technologies and how design decisions affect development.

Communication: Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders.

Problem-Solving: Creative, user-centric approach.

Education: Degree in Design or related field would be a big bonus.

Portfolio: Demonstrates a range of design projects and impact.
