Key Account Manager (Junior/Mid)

Location: Poznań

Then join our team as a Key Account Manager!

You will work closely with Managing and Sales Director, as well as Business Development and Marketing team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the development and execution of the business plan and close cooperation with our Norwegian clients.

Your tasks:

Build an effective relation with customers

Qualify and respond to inbound lead inquiries

Outbound dialing to qualify contact information and set follow-up communication

Quotation/order making and processing

Coordinate with sales team in managing account activities and processes

Analyze and resolve client queries

Maintain positive working relationship with clients for business growth

Requirements:

Previous sales and prospecting experience

Excellent English skills including speaking, writing, editing and presentation skills (C1)

Work experience in IT sales

Execution and achieving measurable results of the projects

Ability to work in an environment with shifting priorities

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (including confidential matters)

Highly organized

Good attention to detail

Excellent inter-personal skills

Ability to work confidently and collaboratively with employees at all levels of the organization
