Your tasks:

Active sourcing of candidates through various recruitment methods 

Publication of job advertisements 

Screening calls with candidates, mainly for IT positions 

Creating posts on social media 

Contacting candidates 

Supporting Employer Branding activities 

Conducting entry interviews to receive feedback from newly hired employees 

Cooperation with hiring managers, sales team and other team members 

Monitoring and analysis of the candidate market, collecting information about industry events 

Requirements:

You have some experience in sourcing IT candidates. 

You have a good knowledge of English (B2+ level). 

You are creative and have strong writing skills (also in English). 

You enjoy working with people, thrive on interpersonal relationships and have strong communication skills. 

You can organize your work effectively. 

You are an open, energetic person with a can-do attitude. 

You are available full-time. 

You are based in Poznań or nearby.
