Your tasks:

Scaling up the business with new business partners/clients.

Participating in negotiation processes and client offers.

Close cooperation with the sourcing team.

Managing the sales process including analyzing client needs, presenting solutions, and preparing commercial proposals.

Leading end-to-end sales processes.


At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales in the European market, specifically within the outsourcing services sector for IT project teams, IT body leasing, and implementation services.

Excellent sales skills and determination to achieve goals.

Very good knowledge of the IT industry confirmed by experience and results.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Fluent English written and spoken (C1); German is a strong asset.

Determination and strong desire to contribute to the company’s growth.

Self-organization and effectiveness in action.

Openness to business travel.
